Following onto this, we now have the final details for the Sydney Hetalia meet! (Thank you to carmisa for helping so much with working it all out, =w= )

Date: 21st of December, 2009
Time: 11:00am
Location: Meeting at the food courts in Market City, upstairs Paddy's Market. Look out for people weirdly dressed and it should be pretty easy...
Bring:
- Something to sit on...this is quite important since the last time we really didn't have enough mats, xD;;;;.
- Food to share for the picnic, you don't need to bring very much, and if you could please tell me in advance what you'll be bringing, since it would be bad to have too much of one thing. Also, I'm thinking that at least three or four people need to bring drinks (and cups as well).
Dress code: Cosplay is optional, since cosplaying in this sort of weather may be enough to kill us. Flags would be awesome if we have them, xD.

Basically, we're going to meet up at the food courts, seeing as it will be cool inside and we won't have to melt outside...after everyone has arrived , we'll be going outside to a park or to Darling Harbour for a picnic (and possibly cracky photos, xD). At this point there's no set end time, but people can just leave whenever they want to.

If I could get a comment from everyone who is coming, that would be awesome (I'll be making a final namelist so we don't miss anyone when meeting up, xD). If there is anyone who is unsure or coming later, comment and I'll send an LJ message with my mobile number, so that you can confirm whether you're going or not on the day; for late-coming people, call me and we'll organise somewhere to meet up, ^^.
